There are many projects which were launched 1-2 yrs ago in kondhawa area . The Unnati Dham, Hill view, Nirman Puram and Sukhada Varada Sankul are nearing completion. in competition, ackruti is lagging far behind. |
Thanks Ram. Now it's clear that builder have introduced 20:80 scheme as a cushion for project-delay
Old-customers may be happy coz higher-rate (perceived-appreciation) in 20:80 scheme. New-customers won't bother much about project-delay. In the end builder will enjoy loan-free money for 2/3 years
