Last year i was looking at Sundar Shrushti but the approach road is extremely narrow... even two cars coming from opposite directions can block the traffic.. and because of the construction activities, trucks are going frequently.. they block the entire lane immediately.
I went there and they told me that everything is booked ..
.. only new building was available but they kept advertising 'ready possession' flats in Sakal news almost twice a week... i even saw many flats with no owner name mentioned in the parking lot (This is a feature of Dharmawat builder that they have proper name plates/mail boxes in the parking when possession is given, so absence of owner name simply indicate that flat is not sold...
)
Back to the lane, there is a small preschool on this lane, so any road widing efforts in future has potential to go in court and stay there forever... i guess there was a Kumar project nearby which was stalled too...
The only advantage of Sunder Shrushti is that it has an access road... physical road which someone can at least use to reach home somehow... (in worst case, climbing on the stalled cars, trucks, etc)...
There are concerns on Sunder Shrushti quality aspects raised by some members... so i wont discuss them again...
This is July 2009 information.. but i am sure most of the things will remain unchanged except exterior paint...
