i v checked other threads also and 1% is meaningless in case of project upto 10-15 hectares only township will get benefited , but my personal understanding suggests its 3.75 from present 2.75 more than 33%
also check below thread , this noida authority and developers are just making money , what are technical constraints in the same , i doubt they v gone thorugh tht
even this is risky for the end user and price escalation in coming 4-5 yrs is just dream now
