Yep, it is of Kumar Properties. Now there is also Goel Ganga Development project, Ganga Paritosh or something like that here which doesn't even have NA.

Now coming to basic issue irrespective of the projects:- The small lane which passes through Mahalaxmi-Dhanlaxmi soc....this is private road given by soc to PMC, so no further scope of widening, the residents here have already lost most of their gardens in previous road widening. All projects like Orbit (1km) & others like Sunder Srushti, Satellite etc, are almost 1.5km, & this small lane really irritates. Road is wide only in front of Orbit & again becomes narrow at lane which goes towards this Srushti project. The DP road of river is pending, so don't know how it will impact the traffic flow here. Last year I was here in Ganeshutsav, & I got stuck in traffic for lot of time as even this tiny road was encroached upon by mandals
