Even I gave my cheque for one of those flats of 950 size, but better sense prevailed and I stopped the cheque, otherwise even I would have been fighting with Gardenia for the same....
I was booking through Property Guru, which are big time chors in this bussiness.

There is agenuine concern that Sec 74 CP has gone to (?) Supertech
Capetown. The layout of Capetown appears to show that.
Most of those who opted for Cluster one in GolfCity gave preference
to this cluster due to the Park.
On close examination of the Capetown layout, we find that almost
one third of the land earmarked by Capetown on the westen side
with 30M wide road (which is obviously the road between Secs 75,74)
has been kept vacant. What does this indicate? Park is there,
only being shown as part of Capetown, as two MP Greens on
Northern side of GolfCity appear to be part of Golf City
Am I wrong in my conjecture?
