Astroviky... why are u particular about medavakkam.... The drainage and sanitation aspects are wanting in this area... why don't you try Jeayam your Dreams project which is buiding an eight storey project in the intersection to Velachery- Adambakkam Railway line....They are quoting 4750/- per sq. ft... but I feel u can negotiate... The project is in a vantage location... near to Velachery MRTS and also to Adambakkam residential area....
U can also try for some flat proposed flat projects in Pallikaranai Kamakshi hospital road....Of course the issue of water logging during rains needs to be addressed in this area.... But it is worth checking out !!!!All the best !
