Hello Dishant,

Thanks for posting your thoughts and other feedback information. I personally was in the market but seeing the unrealistic prices I have decided to keep it cash. I am renting a 4 bhk in Ahmedabad for 10,500 Rs. an investor paid 1.25 crores to purchase.

Go figure...
