Hello Forum,

I was wondering, if anybody has inside on the Rates for Properties in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Recently, I was talking to a group called GoodWill and they wouldn't buzz down on the rates @4650/Sq ft for a super built up area flat.

I have decided to stay away for few more months ( or maybe few more years...).
