Did you invet in Floors ????
If yes, then wait and whenever you get invested movey, sale those out. However, you need to wait for long long time.
Just remember, In small towns, even if there are industies , don't expect people to move into floorts. People still loves to live on their own land. Floor culture is not successful at present in small town and will be on boom once people won't be able to buy Land.
However, if you invested in a plot. No need to panic.
