What rate are they quoting? According to my prospective, if the rate is around 2600-2700 then looks like a good deal. Won't be able to comment whether its worth or not! But as this project has premium specifications, i think its quite okay. Do you think you will get better deal at this rate?
Another good thing is that its on main road (unlike solacia & savannah which are quite interior).
I am not sure about rental scenario after 3-4 years, but for 3 BHK i think atleast you should get 12K (could be more than that as well).
