I feel worli sea face will be destroyed when it faces huge traffic from the sea bridge. Prices on the sea face are likely to fall.
This article is hugely flawed claiming 20K for residential property in South Mumbai. While some places will be more than 20K - you can also get A grade residents in Worli @16K/sq ft.
Also - property prices in Bandra will go up. But the effect wont reach Andheri. It still takes 30 mins to go from Andheri to Bandra.
I'm a little disapointed in the original quality of this article
