Hi All,
I have a plot of 2400 sqft facing 60 feet road, i am intrested in building a retail space (commercial activity) on that. i would like to know how do i convert the residential site to commercial activity. This is in Bangalore under BBMP limits. Please help me on this.

Do i need to get this land coverted or i can go ahead and get a plan for commercial space.

How is it actually done and how is it decided what we can build on that plot.
