It's a great investment and keeps you rooted to your lifestyle. I mean as my pay went on incresing, i could have had a lavish lifestyle, but as i invested immediately, i remained with my life style, which is not bad either, i have a 2bhk for my little ones to plat hide and seek and a car to drive them whereever they want.
Can retire and live a peaceful life instead of slogging in this ruthless corporate life.
Sounds smart! Most of us service types do not think smartly about money. I sold a flat I had bought for 5 lakhs in a trans yamuna society for 18 lakhs some years ago. my reason for selling it was that I got tired of fixing the seepage from the floor above. The owner of the flat above lived out of town and it became very difficult to collaborate with him. Now, that same flat costs Rs 65 lakhs I am told. I regret it to this day. And I am glad to note that you are a corporate type and think like a businessman. Are you in sales?
