Hi,
2BHK for 14 lacs, though a difficult proposition in Delhi. I think only low-developed areas like Uttam Nagar, Vijay vihar could provide such flats/floors, not sure though since even there rates are rising since Delhi Govt. decided to authorize over 1400 unauthorized colonies.
I think u can browse some property sites for this.
