As advised by experts, I have renounced the idea of investing in Orris Carnation.
I just spoke to a broker about Vatika Lifestyle Home who is offering 1050 sq. ft 2 BR apartment at the rate of Rs. 3500 in resale. I have to give a total of Rs. 7.5 L (including premium) now and balance as construction progresses.
I would appreciate experts' recommendations/views on this project. Thanks
