Have visited concord proxima near MITCON in BALEWADI.
I liked the projected , found it spacy and airy.
after negotiation have settled for 2600 psf.
A new DP road is also proposed.
not much of ammenities though.
they are promising posession in this year.
overall the deal looks good to me
