Hello ,
My name is rahul i m sw engineer .I m looking for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment in B.P.T.P but someone post here that they r fraudy their builder have no agreement yet to contruct property but they r ready to do so although they demand some 5lakh in advance . This is hard earned money n i m not going to invest it with a blind eye . so can anyone help me to know whether its right decision to invest in B.P.T.P apartments? or if where to invest in B.P.T.P there is area like parkland etc .
