New construction office
hello everyone
I and my dad are interested to start a construction office in kanchipuram about 70km from chennai....My dad is experienced in the contracting field abroad..But he has not carried out any works here...I cannot ask the costs of construction alongwith the specifications to a builder here.. So we are confused how to start with...
So can anyone pls suggest us how to start with????
I need to know about registration of firm,the split of the construction cost...the cost of construction we heard here as RS.950/- per Sft. but not sure as to wat quality of materials to be used.....
