It depends on many factors. You can prepare the complete structural plan, other material details (which brand of iron, cemet etc) and right combinations (where to use M20, M15 etc) and get quote from different builders. As you have prior experience, with existing market rate on raw materials you can always get an rough estimate. Prefer builders who are near your construction area as transport cost will be also significant (70 km from city).
