Whether it is a private school or governemnt school,?

Land owned by a private person or any legal entity (Trust/society) with proper authorization (resolutions of board..etc) can make its property into residential plots with proper approval from CMDA/Town Planing Authority. If the plot approved by CMDA/Town Planing authority, then there is no legal issue bars you from getting your building plan approval.
