AT Baner there are few projects which are in ready possession state.Most of them on the Baner-Pashan link road, which has some reputed builders projects.I checked Padmavilas (by V.E.Nimhan),Magnolia(By Paranjape) both are good.They r quotin 3400-3500 psqf.Not much scope of negotiation.But I like the location very much(near the hill and bit away from main road)
