Incidentally the price 300psft i.e., 7L per ground was quoted even in 2005 in this area. Chatara must be enjoying his jokes all alone!
PS. Anyone who can get hold of Chatara should buy his plots for 300psft. Only that Chatara may not have plots there, just fraudelent documents!
