thr might be more cons thn pros as of now!! but think its a risk wrth taking...
i have booked a flat ( in just 2 days after looking at d project)!! might b a hasty decision..but smhow hv belief in d project whr u can call d shots...
agree the nos are pretty less...but almost 4-5 colleauges of mine also liked d doncept and might end up booking the same...so nt wrried abut the no game either!! seems many pple r sitting on d fence to see sm more flats being booked...atlst with the conversation i had wid Nitin (moderator) and builder for 2 hrs...i cud see 4-5 more bookings in no time...even if the current initiatve fails we hav a network of a huge no of people to bargain for ne project in future as well

However, plans are not even sanctioned, there is nothing on the site as of now. Also , recently i got a offer from Manav Builders for near Ready possession in Silver sky scape 2350/- (Most of people are aware of their offer). Site of manav promoters is on similar grounds.
Do you think Locking your money in such secluded project that too rate of 2250/- s justified? if yes how?
