I would suggest,try for sector 107 only as it just in front of already inhabited sector 47 with a 100 feet wide road.If the budget goes overhead in new booking..you can always go for a resale deal.The location of sector 107/100 is amongst the best in EW region due to its dual connectivity from Dadri road and 4 km distance from existing metro stations.
Rates in sector 107..touching 4200-4500....you can try Amrapali Hanging Gardens,Sunworld Vanalika.
Rates in sector 137...touching 3700-4200...your first option should be Purvanchal...and then try for Paras,Logix...etc..there are 4 more projects in this region.
Try sector 168..3c zing, Paras seasons..where the rates are almost in the same category as 137.
Even sector 110 is good..3c Panache...rates around 4200-4300.
