Similar things have taken place in their earlier projects where buyers got the plot at such a remote distance that you would require commando training to jump from helicopter on your plot

. The proposed road, electricity, water still remain proposed. Btw, if you want to buy an agri land, you need to be a farmer atleast in Maharashtra. NA is done later which too depends upon the DMs authority in that area.
