Thumbs up Original Lease Agreement

The Normal convention is that the Owner ( Landlord ) keeps the orginal registered Lease deed ( or Leave license agreement ) and the Tenant is given as certified true copy for his records and use in all purpose.

Legally, a certified True Copy is adequate for all purposes as proof of residence
