One of my friends has recently purchased a 2.5 BHK flat at LakeDistrict (PRA Realty Ltd), a new under construction project at Kondhwa.
The total price for the flat was 32 lakhs (for a 1229 sq. ft area). The project is said to be completed by June 2011.

I am also interested in the same property but wanted your opinions on the builder & also the location.

As I am an NRI, my plan is to settle down in this area after about 5-6 years.
