Not good at all. These kind of things can ruin a project. If the word spreads, resale rates can take a hit.
Point to discuss - Is this a indication of things to come from Unitech?
Things don't look to be moving much for Unitech. Debt saddled balance sheet. Their telecom venture at best can be labeled a failure. Landed them in lot of mess. World Spa was a disaster for users. G.Noida projects like Cascades were not much better either. Grande would still be giving them nightmares. Huge delays in all projects. End users are increasingly becoming vary of Unitech.
It will be interesting to see how Uniworld Gardens 2 and Residences get delivered.
