Hi Friends,

I got an deal of a independent residential home of 2430 sq ft. (270 sq. yard) in GK Colony (colony on the way to Sainikpuri from Paradise) in Secunderabad around 700 meters from the railway flyover.

The house is not in a very good condition and the offer was of 38lakhs.

Is this a reasonable price?

Appriciate any guidance or help from the gurus as this will take up all my life's saving.
