Thanks quixotic . Yes , an Architect being the starting point, I 'm doing some websearch for Architects in & around DLF to save time. One question to you. As you said , the cost of construction being 1500 to 2500 per sqft. , is it including all materials ? What I mean to say is , If I plan to build G +1 , which amounts to around 1100 Sqft.( 540 X2) .. so total cost ( excluding Govt dues + Architect etc service charges ) should be apprx INR 16 to 17 lacs ( 1100 X 1500).
