PMC itslef is not capable enough to provide sufficient water within its limits..just make an enquiry about water situation in Viman Nagar, Vadgaon Sheri, Kharadi etc..you'll come to know..

my 2 cents..

Water is certainly a problem in Wagholi; however I know projects which will rely on bore-well, as well as Tanker. The ideal rate should still fall between 3200 to 3600. But as you know; we are having a rat race for booking apartments. Only people who are benefited are builders. If you do the math, even in marvel project you can expect 3 to 4 hundred rupee appreciation in 2 years.
