As i am seeing the development of Rudrapur from 1 and half year i can predict that only the Metropolis City, Rudrapur which is being developed by Assotech Supertech(JV) is at prime location and all other projects are just chalta hai and there is one more burning thing is that Metropolis is coming up with 5 Star Raddison Hotel and with only mall (Metropolis Mall) in Rudprapur along with world class infrastructure.
