The factors affecting price of land are location, zoning and infrastructure planned by authorities. on these future projections the buyer has to decide whether price is inflated or actual. well if u cant visit d property then its not advisable to invest in property, either u can nominate someone by issueing a power of attorney to settle issues on ur behalf or stay out.
