Hi,

Would like to buy an Plot/Apartment/Villa at Chennai City within the cost of 25-30L and with the area of 900-1200 Sqft.

My first preference would be in buying a plot with above specified area and construct a house with the additional expenditure of 30L On double sharing basis( II floors - 30+30L).

If its fails, would be intrested in buying a apartment with cost of 25-30L.

The location should be a GOOD one, which is nearer to GOOD schools and convieneint to the Train/Bus transportation.

Pl suggest me a Good location and your valuable suggestions on buying any one of the above properity, which will give us a good investment.

Your valuable suggestion shall be helpful in deciding my action.
