Visited this site yesterday. There is only one building which is also underconstruction. the brick work is yet to start for this building. The sales person told me that they hve started the construction after diwali last year. so in 1+ year there is no progress. she showed me the booking list and i could see about 10 to 12 bookings were done so far. I liked the location but would suggest to stay away from the project.
