and I am not defending Hinjewadi too. Its just that I like to see things more objectively than just bashing up Indian IT companies.
I agree with the PCMC aspect. Pimpri-chinchwad has amazing roads and infrastructure. I just wish they would extend that kind of development to wakad and adjoining areas. That would really differentiate it from even Baner/Balewadi.
And I am indeed bullish about Hinjewadi 5-6 yrs from now. When big projects are launched in any area, the infrastructure gets developed sooner or later. I have heard HIRCO is also coming up with a township there. I would say the future can be bright though the present isnt. I have already stated I dont consider Hinjewadi as an investment destination right now looking at the current infrastructure.
Lets discuss Megapolis and not get into meaningless debates on this thread
