One of the major difference is the no. of floors. Earlier ones were high rises while those launched at 2300 are just like any other current building:- 11-12 floors
. Hence, there is high possiblity of these buildings getting dwarfed by high rises. The only thing which can save this is making entire project of 2300. However, this would then mean less internal open spaces
as FSI will be utilised more on ground floor.
