- Location-Foresee plausible development,b4 dreaming of escalated prices like road network,utilities,offices,connectivity etc.
- Price-Total payable wrt actual area n facilities
- Surrounding development
- Sale buyer agreement should be studied deeply
- Avoid buying under written property
- Broker should be well known
