My experience with the Indiabulls guys was OK.
They quoted 2400 psf + 200 psf for garden facing + 20 psf floor rise for second phase (first phase sold out). When I went back to book after 2 days, it was 2450 psf + 100 psf for garden facing +20 psf floor rise. The rates are subject to change any moment. The validity period of their quotation is zero.
Secondly I wanted to book on 24th flr but had to take a lower one. They said they were planning to build pent houses on the top floors, which in turn are not on sale as yet.
Also they are booking one tower of each type at a time. Thus didnt have choice even there.
They have good number of enquiries and also bookings. On my way to visit the site, I was accompanied by a person who was looking to book a second flat in the project.
The site is conveniently located near NH4, Pune Expressway and Somatane station. Though it remains to be seen when the railways/metro will actually cover this area.
