Construction Quality of Kukreja Heritage is good and builder seems to be on track regarding his commitments........or atleast looks like since i have booked a flat here..
Only downside of this project might be that he is quoting a little extra as compared to others in this area as his project is nearing completion....I have seen a couple of members in the forum discussing about forming a group to negotiate....this group might include you if you are interested...Builder is from Mumbai and this happens to be his first project
...so i am keeping my fingers crossed...But the choice of good projects in Vishrantwadi/Dhanori is less if you need proximity to the chowk....
the other projects which i have considered in this area are Nyati Environ, Uttam, Tirupathi...
