Great information on this forum. Question for the gurus.

Hallmark infrastructure has advertised flats in mahindra city for 45L for 1680sqft. They also say they will sign contracts that guarantee us a rent of 9 Rs/sqft(Rs 15,000) for up to 10 years. They will also give us a 5% increment on the rent every year.

And this contract can be voided any time. Sounds like a good deal. NO? Thoughts????
