Hello,

I want to buy a small plot for myself. This plot is located in Jabalpur MP. I have taken personal loan for the payment of the plot. However, after finalising the deal we realised that the plot has been marked for Economically weaker sections.

Will I face any problems if I buy this land in taking home loans. Will it be considered in illegal buy?

Please suggest.
