12000 greencity seems a lot of money...since it is not as well developed as Serendeep( which is also quoting 12000) i'd say ~8000-9000 is a reasonable Land price
DNKUMAR greencity is an old scheme adjacent to serendeep...Jhaveri farm is in Greencity....it has some other farmhouses as well
