Clear winner emerging.
Nothing out of the ordinary or surprising, just the obvious, but the stats make it look prettier.
I'm going to draw some rather controversial conclusions:
1. Bought in 2004-2005, not looking to buy anymore.
You guys got it right, and now no longer want to risk anything anymore. The satisfied bunch.
2. Bought in 2004-2005, looking to buy again in 2010.
You guys got it right, and want to get it right again. The never satisfied bunch!
3. Couldn't buy in 2004-2005, want to buy in 2010.
You guys have seen 2004-2005, and think 2010 could be your ticket?! Don't want to miss this 2010 "tonga" bunch!
4. Couldn't buy in 2004-2005, won't buy in 2010.
Will rent for as long as it takes, won't buy even if the builder begs me to. The super-satisfied, don't care bunch.
5. Bought in 2009 dip (March to September). Now doing bhajan-Kirtan!
We bought, now what?! bunch.
