Bought in mid-80s and seen appreciation of over 70000% even at these prices (not a typo). When it was bought there was very low interest in RE and now there is too much interest in RE (confirms the strategy that you must always rent when interest is too high, invest when interest is too low).
Annual rental yield alone is currently over 30% of original investment in land and building!
Not looking for buying more and accumulating cash and waiting patiently for another once-in-a-lifetime opportunity soon (my opinion

Can never be unhappy with investment as it always shows positive ROI since its bought at distress prices.
