'want to buy' and
'actually buying' are two different terms.. they want to buy becoz they think that rates will come down further.. and waiting for right opportunities..
I too feel that option 1 (Bought in 2004-2005, not looking to buy anymore) will get a very less votes, since these people will not visit such site anymore.. last option (Bought in 2009 dip (March to September). Now doing bhajan-Kirtan!) will still visit this site since they want to know where market is heading, whether their decision was right, and if their builder is still alive and kicking if project is under construction..
