Some premium projects which I have seen have monthly maintenance of 3-6k/month. It however depends upon the following:-
- Type of the project:- Premium or luxury,
- Total no. of flats (less the flats the better but higher the maintenance),
- Configuration of flats:- Projects which only have 4/5 bed have more maintenance than that having 2/3/4 beds,
- Specs & amenities provided. If there is rooftop swimming pool, garden then the maintenance is more as well,
- At the end of the day it also depends upon committee chaps. If the members are active & interested in upkeep of the society, the maintenance will be good. If there is someone from Pune-30
