Hi Amit U are right if anyone who invests in YEIDA has to wait for 8 years atleast as u know that the authority doesn't has the possession of plots with them.They still have to acquire the land from the villagers n develop it. For this process they have asked for 4 years time. Whereas Greater Noida is already developed and nearer to Delhi Aboveall the route is same for both the destination. So practically untill n unless Greater Noida is not occupied to a certain extent People won't move further to YEIDA.
