Hello,

Could the learned members on this forum provide me estimates of recent prices of land in HAL Stage 2 (location: near Indiranagar Club, between 100 Ft Rd & 80 Ft Rd). This is for land only, no building on it. The plot size is small (40 ft x 60 ft, or a portion thereof). Is Rs 10000- 12000/ sq ft the right range?
