I have just bought a flat 1900 sq ft in gulmohar greens by SVP group in mohan nagar..its 4 kms from Raj nagar extn.
this builder has a good name in ghzbd(as far as i know)...the quality of materials used is good and exctly same as sample lat but cant say about quality.

and for raj nagar extn I dont think it will be an area to reside within next 5 yrs...but sure it will be a good investment.

u can try other good builders too...ajnara and gaur
